Adan Villeda Jr.

Project Engineer

Adan Villeda Jr. is a Project Engineer at Nacional Group, bringing an unusual mix of chemistry and business training to the job site. He earned his B.S. in Chemistry, with minors in Philosophy and Psychology, from Wabash College, then went on to Notre Dame for an M.S. in Engineering, Science, and Technology Entrepreneurship (ESTEEM), where he worked on data analytics and product development.

That background shows up in how he approaches a project — Adan tends to ask different questions than a typical engineer would. His minors in philosophy and psychology taught him to listen closely and think about a problem from someone else’s side, which shows up in how he works with clients and crews alike. It’s that same instinct — understanding people, not just plans — that Nacional looks for in the people it hires. His project experience spans higher education work for the University of Chicago and banking clients including BMO and Wells Fargo.

Outside of work, Adan is usually chasing something new, whether that’s a new technology, a pickup game, or the next volunteer project.

We believe in the power of partnership, where mutual success fosters exceptional outcomes. Together, we can create not just successful projects but also life-changing opportunities for our suppliers, employees, and clients.
