Joe Kwasigroch

Project Engineer

Joe Kwasigroch is a Project Engineer with experience supporting commercial, industrial, and renewable energy projects ranging from healthcare and senior living facilities to semiconductor and utility-scale solar developments. He brings a hands-on, field-focused approach, working closely with superintendents and subcontractors to maintain safety, quality, schedule, and cost control from preconstruction through closeout.

Joe’s career has taken him across multiple regions, living and working in both Texas and Arizona on large-scale projects before returning to the Chicagoland area, where he grew up in the suburbs. His experience includes subcontractor coordination, scheduling, procurement, QA/QC inspections, cost tracking, and managing RFIs, submittals, and closeout documentation.

With a background that includes time as an electrician and carpentry apprentice, Joe brings a practical understanding of trade work and constructability to every project. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Colorado State University and is OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, and CPR certified, with proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and On-Screen Takeoff.
