Karsen Spoo joined Nacional Group as an Accounting & Compliance Coordinator after earning her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, with a minor in Sustainable Management, from Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business. A native of Woodbury, Minnesota, Karsen brings a strong foundation in business operations, project management, and organizational support.
In her role, Karsen assists with accounting, compliance, and administrative operations that help keep projects and internal processes running efficiently. Known for her attention to detail, collaborative approach, and problem-solving mindset, she works closely with teams across the organization to support Nacional Group’s commitment to exceptional client service and operational excellence.
