Santiago Gutierrez joined Nacional Group as a Project Engineer after earning his Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Management and Entrepreneurship from Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business. Originally from Barranquilla, Colombia, Santiago brings an entrepreneurial mindset, a global perspective, and a passion for innovation to the Nacional team.
Drawing from his experience in project management, real estate development, business operations, and marketing, Santiago supports project planning, coordination, scheduling, and communication throughout every phase of construction. In addition to supporting project teams, he plays an active role in advancing Nacional Group’s commitment to artificial intelligence by helping identify, implement, and optimize AI-driven tools and workflows that enhance collaboration, improve operational efficiency, and drive innovation across the organization.
