Recognizing the need for a sophisticated and comprehensive safety program to grow nationally, Nacional opted not just to hire Gary but to partner with him in creating Matador3. Through this business, we aim to advance our “Do Good” mission by helping minorities and women build careers in the safety industry. Gary is a Co-Founder and the Chief Operating Officer of Matador3, as well as the Director of Safety for the Nacional Group.
