Colleen Hughes is a Project Compliance Manager at Nacional Group and an industry veteran, having led the office of one of Chicago’s premier electrical contractors for over 25 years. That depth of experience gave her a rare, ground-level understanding of how contractor operations actually run.
She joined Nacional excited to be part of the company’s national growth strategy. Working with Fortune 500 clients means a high bar for compliance with owner contracts and procedures, and Colleen works closely with the Operations team to make sure both Nacional and its industry partners meet — and exceed — those obligations.
Colleen spends her time outside of work tending to her garden, biking with her children, and going to concerts.
