Susan serves as the Director of Accounting for Nacional Group, and our family of companies. Susan is a respected industry veteran, with almost 30 years of experience, working for some of the largest contractors in the Midwest. Susan is responsible for oversight of our accounting team, and contract compliance staff. Susan is actively involved with Professional Women in Construction, and serves as a mentor for young women in the construction industry. As a Latina, Susan is also fully aligned with the Nacional mission to create more opportunities for minorities in the construction industry, and helps to support the financial modules of our Changing the Face Mentorship Program. A mother of three, with two beautiful granddaughters, Susan also holds a degree in Business Administration from Elmhurst University.
