When people think of Nacional, Frank Avino is often the name that comes to mind. People have asked “How Many Franks do you have?” because he is a constant presence at job sites, client meetings, and industry associations. Frank is a graduate of Purdue University, where he was active in Navy ROTC. Frank cut his teeth as Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Project Executive, before taking on the role of Director of National Project Development. In this role, Frank has helped Nacional grow it’s client base to include 30+ Fortune 500 clients, across 25 states. Frank is also active in a number of industry associations, and also holds elected positions in his community. Frank enjoys spending time with his family, and his two little “granddaughters” who both love their “Papa”.
