Joe Kwasigroch holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Colorado State University, and came up through an electrician and carpentry apprenticeship before moving into construction management. That trade background gives him a practical, on-the-ground understanding of constructability that most engineers don’t have.
As a Project Engineer at Nacional Group, Joe brings a hands-on, field-focused approach to every job. His project experience spans healthcare and senior living facilities to semiconductor and utility-scale solar developments, working closely with superintendents and subcontractors to keep safety, quality, schedule, and cost on track from preconstruction through closeout. Before returning to the Chicagoland suburbs where he grew up, Joe spent years working large-scale projects in Texas and Arizona. He is OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, and CPR certified.
Outside of work, Joe is close with a big family — he’s one of five brothers — and that same sense of teamwork carries over into how he works on site.
