Kaitlyn represents the next generation of the Ortiz Family to join the construction industry. After graduating from The Ohio State University, she served as a Project Engineer and now serves as Chief of Staff. In this role, Kaitlyn supports executive operations, helps drive strategic initiatives, and ensures alignment across the company. She also stays closely involved with a few key client accounts, continuing her passion for building strong partnerships. Kaitlyn is committed to inspiring other young women looking to build their futures in the Construction Industry.
