With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Scott brings expertise across education, multifamily, hospitality, religious, waste management, interiors, civil, office/TI, restaurants, renovations, historic preservation, and ground-up projects.
Scott credits his upbringing on a farm as the foundation of his career. Farming taught him that deadlines matter, hard work can’t be avoided, and others rely on you to deliver—whether it’s feeding livestock before the sun comes up or racing the weather to bring in a harvest. Those lessons shaped the discipline, resilience, and work ethic he carries into every project. They also influence the way he leads: by setting clear expectations, instilling accountability, and ensuring his teams are equipped to succeed.
Passionate about mentorship, Scott enjoys guiding younger professionals by sharing lessons learned throughout his career and helping them build the confidence to grow into future leaders. He sees mentorship the same way he sees farming and construction—passing knowledge forward to ensure the next generation is ready to take the reins.
Outside of work, Scott is active in his community, serving on the Sugar Grove Township Community Building Board of Trustees and his local school board. Family is central to his life, and he takes pride in supporting his children’s academics, sports, charitable work, and faith.
