Nacional Group is providing an interior renovation to Constellation’s offices located in De Pere, Wisconsin. This project represents a major step forward in our continued partnership with Constellation. Nacional Group serves our corporate customers, nationally, with this being our first Wisconsin project for Constellation.
The existing space has been separated into two suites, with a demising wall installed in accordance with the scope documents. The existing HVAC, electrical and fire protection systems were reworked to reflect each separate tenant’s requirements. The scope was broken down into four main areas of work: A, B, C and D. Within Work Area “A” new partitions were built to rework the reception area and copy room with updated finishes and a new aluminum glass door system. In Work Area “B” a demising wall has been added to separate the existing conference room into two office spaces with new finishes and corrected ceiling tiling. Work Area “C” consisted of updating the millwork, privacy and finishes within the Mother’s Dry Room. Work Area “D” was renovations of the Imagining room including updated finishes, a new wall partition, a new door system and new millwork. New standard card readers were added to the reception, IDF, conference and lunch areas and a new private lock for the mother’s room. Ceiling tile was filled in the reception and copy area as well to complete along with all other finishes.
