United Ticket Lobby Upgrade Completed in Overnight Installation

Our team successfully completed the installation of new ticket counter millwork at the United ticket lobby in an accelerated overnight schedule, delivering a fully operational and customer-ready space with minimal disruption to daily operations.

By strategically combining multiple phases of work into a two-night execution plan, crews installed the new counters, coordinated final scope items, and ensured all baggage scales in Phasing 1 and 2 were certified and live. The remaining scales in Phase 3 were scheduled for certification early the following morning, keeping the project on track for immediate use.

In addition to installation and system readiness, the team thoroughly cleaned and prepared the lobby to ensure passengers were welcomed into a polished, functional environment at the start of the day.

The successful completion reflects strong coordination between the United team, project leadership, trade partners, and field crews. Their ability to execute complex work in a live airport environment demonstrates the planning, precision, and commitment required to deliver improvements without interrupting passenger experience.

This project highlights our continued commitment to operational excellence, safety, and delivering high-quality results in demanding, time-sensitive environments.
